  • Disbursement: Gets charged at the time of loan disbursement, provide amount gets collected from the Disbursement amount.

Eg: Processing fee, Documentation fee , Insurance fee

  • Specified due date: Gets charged on the provided date. 

Eg: Bounce Charge,

  • Overdue Fees: Gets charged if there is a overdue, this is a penalty charge. 

Eg: Late payment fee, overdue fee.

 

  • Tranche Disbursement: Gets charged for Tranche loan disbursement.  

Eg: Processing fee for Tranche

 

  • Maturity fee: Gets charged on the maturity date of the repayment schedule.

 

  • Upfront Fee: Gets charged on the first installment of the repayment schedule.

 

  • Event based Foreclosure Fee: Gets charged on the foreclosure date.
