Financial Activity Mapping for Tellers/Cashiers

Create Asset GL under chart of account for two Financial Activities.

1. Cash at Tellers/Cashiers

1. Main Cash Account or Cash at Vault

For Creating the Asset GL’s Navigate to Accounting>Chart of Accounts> Add account

Give the account type as Asset, GL code, Account name, GL classification as cash

For mapping the Financial activities, Navigate to the Accounting> Accounts linked to Financial activities>Define New Mapping.

Select Financial activity as Cash at Tellers/Cashiers and map the respective GL and submit it.

Select Financial activity as Main Cash Account or Cash at Vault and map the respective GL and submit.
