Adding New Loan

OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know how to add/approve new loan.

The following steps need to be followed for adding a new loan on new UI:

  1. Log-in to the instance with the user Id and password and you will see the below screen. Select any customer for whom you want to add new loan.

2. Once you select a customer, you will see the below screen. Click on ‘Add New Loan’ button.

3. Once you click on ‘Add New Loan’ button, you will see the below screen. Fill all the mandatory fields as required. Then click on ‘Submit’ button.

4. Once you click on ‘Submit’ button, you will see a pop-up which confirms that new loan has been successfully created. Then click on ‘Approve’ button to approve the newly added loan.

5. Once you click on ‘Approve’ button, you will see the below screen. Finally click on ‘Submit’ button.

6. Once you click on ‘Submit’ button, you will see a pop-up which shows that loan account has been approved. You will also get option to Undo Approval and Disburse the loan account as shown.
