Close Account

In this section of the manual, you will know how to close the account.

1. Once you create the credit line account, you will see the below screen containing different tabs such as ‘Withdraw Fund’, ‘Make Repayment’. When you click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the page, you will see various options as shown. Click on ‘Close Account’.

2. Once you click on ‘Close Account’, you will see the below screen which contains the following field:

• Reason: Give a reason to close the account.

Click on ‘Close’.

3. Once you click on ‘Close’, you will see the below screen. Click on ‘Confirm’.

4. Once you click on ‘Confirm’, you will see the below screen showing the status as ‘Closed’ which confirms that the account has been closed successfully.
