Statement

OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know how about the statement and how to view it.

  1. Once you create the credit line account, you will see the below screen containing different tabs. Click on ‘Statement’ and you will see the below details as shown. The details are:

  • Billing Period: It refers to the specific timeframe during which a customer's financial transactions and activities are recorded and summarized for the purpose of generating a statement or invoice. It is typically a recurring cycle, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the financial institution's policies.

  • Amount: It refers to the due amount/minimum amount.

  • MAD: It refers to the minimum amount of funds that a customer must maintain in their account to avoid certain fees or to meet specific account requirements set by the financial institution.

2. When you click on the three dots along the same row, you will get the option to ‘View Statement’. Once you click on ‘View Statement’, you will also get the option to download the statement.
