OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know about the charges.

  1. Once you click on any active loan account (for example: Vehicle), you will see the below screen containing different tabs. Click on ‘Charges’.

2. Once you click on ‘Charges’, you will see the below screen which contains the following details:

  • Charges

  • Overdue Charges

  • Event Based Charges

If any charges are present, it will be displayed here as shown.

3. Once you click on ‘Charge Tax Details’, you will see the below screen which shows the charge tax details.

4. Once you click on ‘Waive Loan Charge’, you will see the below screen. Select the date on which the loan charge needs to be waived off and click on 'Submit'.
