Adding New Loan Application

OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know how to add/approve new loan application.

The following steps need to be followed for adding a new loan application on new UI:

  1. Log-in to the instance with the user Id and password and you will see the below screen. Click on ‘Loan Applications’ and then click on ‘Add New Lead’ button as shown.

2. Once you click on ‘Add New Lead’ button, you will see the below screen. You will get various options to choose from. Select any one (for example: Housing Loan New) and proceed. Fill all the mandatory fields as required and click on ‘Create Lead’ button.

3. Once you click on ‘Create Lead’ button, you will see a pop-up as shown which confirms that lead has been created successfully.

4. On the left hand side of the page, you will get various sections to add details as shown. Keep adding the details and click on ‘Activity Complete’ button to proceed or you can click on ‘Skip Task’ button (beside ‘Activity Complete’ button) to skip any task and move to next step. When you click on ‘Activity Complete’ button, you will see a pop-up which shows that a particular task activity has been completed. You will also get the option to ‘Discard Application’ at the top right corner of the page.

5. Under ‘Loan Application Approval’ section, you will see the below screen. Click on the ‘Approve’ button to approve the loan application.

6. Once you click on ‘Approve’ button, you will see a pop-up as shown. Click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

7. Under ‘Loan Disbursal’ section, you will see the below screen. Select any one mode under ‘Disbursal Mode’ option as shown. Click on the ‘Disburse’ button to disburse the loan application.

8. After clicking on ‘Disburse’ button, click on ‘Activity Complete’ button to proceed. Once you click on ‘Activity Complete’ button, you will see the below screen which confirms that new loan has been submitted.
