OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know how to add a new BNPL customer.

Creating a BNPL Customer

The following steps need to be followed:

  1. Log-in to the BNPL instance with the username and password and you will land on the below screen. Click on ‘Customers’ tab and you will see the below screen. Then click on ‘Add New Customer’ button to add a new BNPL customer.

2. Once you click on ‘Add new Customer’ button, you will see the below screen. Fill all the mandatory fields as required. Then click on ‘Create’ button.

3. Once you click on ‘Create’ button, you will see a pop-up as shown which confirms that new customer has been created.

4. Once you click on ‘Okay’ button, you can see the below screen which shows new customer details entered by you. On the right-side of the page, you will see various options such as ‘Addresses’, ‘KYC’ etc. You can access the following links to know more details about it.
