Family Details
Bob as a loan officer want to collect his client's family details before lending loan. His client has 10 family members, among which two are above 60 years and dependent, two children who are below 18 years. SO Bob update all these details using "Family Details" feature.
Step 1: Go to the client screen and click on family details. To add Family detail click on "Add Family Member Details", this will navigate to the "Add Family Member" screen as shown in the fig 2. Once the Family details are updated all the family details will be as shown in the fig 1. Click on Next to add Family Member Summary as shown in the fig 3.

Step 2: Add Family Member Details
Enter the following details and click on submit to add family member details.

| 1. | Existing Client | Select this checkbox if the family member is already client in the organization. |
| 2. | Search for a member | Search the member by giving name here |
| 3. | Salutation | Select the appropriate salutation. Salutation is a code value and is configurable. |
| 4. | First Name | Enter the first name if the member is not client in the organization else the name itself get auto-populated |
| 5. | Middle Name | Enter the middle name if the member is not client in the organization else the name itself get auto-populated |
| 6. | Last Name | Enter the last name if the member is not client in the organization else the name itself get auto-populated |
| 7. | Relationship | Select the relationship between the family member and the client. This is also code value and is configurable. |
| 8. | Gender | Select the Gender of the family member here. |
| 9. | Age | Enter the age of the family member here. |
| 10. | Dependent? | Tick mark if the Family memeber is dependent on the client. |
| 11. | Serious Medical Condition? | Tick mark if the Family memeber is under serious medical condition. |
| 12. | Deceased? | Tick mark if the Family memeber is deceased. |
| 13. | Occupation | Select the occupation of the family member. Refer Occupation for more info |
| 14. | Sub Occupation | Select the sub occupation of the family member. Refer Sub Occupation for more info |
| 15. | Education | Select the education done by the family member. This is also code value and is configurable. |

Enter the following details and click on submit to add family member summary.
