Virtual Credit Line Creation.

OBJECTIVE

In this section of the manual, you will know how to create a virtual credit line.

The following steps need to be followed for creating a virtual credit line on new UI:

  1. Log-in to the instance with the user Id and password and you will see the below screen. Select any customer from a list of customers.

2. Once you select a customer, you will see the below screen. Click on ‘Virtual Credit Line’ and then click on ‘Create Virtual Credit Line’ button as shown.

3. Once you click on ‘Create Virtual Credit Line’ button, you will see the below screen. Fill all the mandatory fields as required and click on 'Create' button.

4. Once you click on ‘Create’ button, you will see a pop-up as shown which confirms that new virtual credit line has been created successfully. Click on ‘Okay’ button.

5. Once you click on ‘Okay’ button, you will see the below screen. Select and click on the new virtual credit line which you created.

6. Once you click on the new virtual credit line, you will see the below screen containing the following details:

  • Virtual Credit Line Number: It displays the virtual credit line number.

  • Created Date: It displays the creation date of virtual credit line.

  • Expiry Date: It displays the expiry date of virtual credit line.

  • Credit Limit: It displays the credit limit of virtual credit line.

  • Utilized Limit: It displays the utilized limit of virtual credit line.

  • Available Limit: It displays the available limit of virtual credit line.

It also contains the following tabs:

  • Approve

  • Reject

  • Activate

  • Freeze

  • Close

  • Loan

  • Drawdown

  • Applicants

7. You will get the option to Approve and Reject the credit line. Click on ‘Approve’ button. Once you click on ‘Approve’ button, you will get the option to Activate. Then, click on ‘Activate’ button.

8. Once you click on ‘Activate’ button, you will get see the below screen where you will get the option to Freeze and Close.

9. Once you click on ‘Freeze’ button, you will get see the below screen. Click on Confirm to freeze the virtual credit line.

10. Once you click on ‘Close’ button, you will get see the below screen. Click on Confirm to close the virtual credit line.

11. Under Loan tab, you will see the below screen which contains four sections:

  • Submitted

  • Approved

  • Active

  • Closed

12. Under Drawdown tab, you will see the below screen. Click on Create Drawdown button.

13. Once you click on ‘Create Drawdown’ button, you will get see the below screen. Fill all the mandatory details as required and click on Create.
