Client Verification

 1.Global Configuration

Step 1: Navigate to Admin>>System>>Configuration, search for "Client Verification" and enable the configuration



 2.Authenticate Client prior Disbursement

Step 2.1: Create a client without adding identifier and verifying it. The client profile screen displays red icon indicating that the client is not yet verified.


Step 2.2: Create a loan and approve it.

Case a: Try to disburse loan, since the client is not verified the user will end up with an error saying "Client is not verified. Client verification is required to complete the transaction."

 

  Case b: "Force Disburse" will allow the permitted user to disburse loan successfully even though the client is not verified. 


 3. Verify Client

Step 3.1: Add Identifier where the client will be verified using the same data. 

Note: As of now the client verification is supported by only using Aadhaar, but the same functionality will be added in future as per the requirement

Step 3.2: Click on the red icon which resembling that the client is not verified. This will navigate to the Client verification screen where the added identifiers data are visible. Click on the "Verify" button to verify the client

Step 3.3: Select the Authentication Type (As of now the application supports only "Aadhaar Fingerprint", but the same will be implemented to IRIS,OTP etc) and click on submit.



Step 3.4: Place client's finger on the Finger Print scan device and click on capture and then confirm. This will complete the process of verifying client

Step 3.5: The verified client screen would look like the screen shown below with green icon. Once the client is verified, if the user tries to disburse loan, the system will allow the user to disburse the loan without restricting disbursement for verification.
