Make Repayment

In this section of the manual, you will know how to make payment.

1. Once you create the credit line account, you will see the below screen containing different tabs. Click on ‘Make Repayment’.

2. Once you click on ‘Make Repayment’, you will see the below screen which consists of two sections:

1. Payment Amount: Here, you will get two options to choose from:

   1. Current Outstanding Amount: You can select the current outstanding amount.

   2. Custom Amount: You can enter manually the amount you want to pay as shown.

Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.

2. Transaction Mode: It consists of three fields:

• Transaction Mode: You will get various options to choose from by clicking on the dropdown under ‘Transaction Mode’. Select any one mode and proceed.

• Date: Select the payment date (from calendar icon) on which you want to make payment.

• Notes: You can add short notes (Optional).

Click on ‘Make Payment’ button.

3. Once you click on “Make Payment' button, you will see the below screen which shows the payment details.

• Total Limit: 50000

• Available Credit: 50000 (after payment of 5000 through cash; previously it was 45000)

4. You can also view the transaction under ‘Transactions’ tab as shown below.
